Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • North Coast Brewing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards in addition to personal checks.
  • We ship world-wide with UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We ship USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes if entered as only possible shipping address.
  • We email a confirmation that an order has been received and email a tracking number when an order has been shipped.
  • We email or call when a requested item is out of stock.
  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package.
  • All orders should be delivered 5 to 7 business days after order has been placed.
     

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All returns must take place within 30 days of delivery.
  • All clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We will pay the shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error in size, color or style or the item is damaged when received.
  • If a package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact customer service.
  • Returns should be in prepaid, traceable packages.
  • If a cancellation takes place before an item has shipped, we will refund the order. If the item has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
